A space with clear boundaries.

Independent company content. Explicit administrator access. Human review of the results.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE ACCESS

Different access.
Explicit boundaries.

The public tour, a company workspace and the administrator serve different purposes. Here is what each experience permits.

02 / ADMINISTRATOR VISITS

Support with
visible access.

An authorized administrator can enter a company workspace without knowing its password. The portal marks that visit and provides a direct return to administration.

These visits permit the same operations as the customer; they are not read-only. Entry, return and successful write operations appear in the operational activity log.

Independent content

Contacts, plans, call history and live events are scoped to the authenticated company workspace.

Recordings and transcripts

Available recordings and transcripts appear in the owning workspace, alongside the interview assessment. An authorized administrator can review them during an explicit workspace visit.

Shared service capacity

Customer workspaces use the configured HAN calling infrastructure. They are not separately provisioned telephone systems.

Access can be revoked

Account suspension and password changes invalidate older sessions. Existing telephone conversations are allowed to finish.

03 / RESPONSIBLE INTERPRETATION

Keep the limits
in view.

An interview can reveal a person’s explanation, examples and claims. It does not independently verify every statement or establish their personality, intelligence or future performance.

HAN’s interview instructions introduce the AI, explain the recorded demo and ask for consent. Candidates can decline questions or end the conversation.
